  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
